como compuestos que pueden extraerse de los materiales o dispositivos de envasado en condiciones experimentales controladas. Los lixiviables, un subconjunto de los extra\u00edbles, son compuestos que migran realmente al producto final durante la vida \u00fatil o el tiempo de contacto previsto. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-709ba8c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"709ba8c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9396b43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"9396b43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e6f4bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6e6f4bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La caracterizaci\u00f3n de los extra\u00edbles y lixiviables es cada vez m\u00e1s importante debido al creciente n\u00famero de normativas mundiales. Debido a su impacto potencialmente significativo en la salud de los pacientes, muchos sectores profesionales se enfrentan al problema de los extra\u00edbles y lixiviables, incluido el sector biofarmac\u00e9utico. <\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, la introducci\u00f3n de pruebas de sustancias extra\u00edbles y lixiviables desde la fase de dise\u00f1o hasta la comercializaci\u00f3n de los envases es un requisito previo esencial. Estas pruebas demuestran que la concentraci\u00f3n de contaminantes no supera los umbrales aceptables o reglamentarios. <\/p>\n<p>Los extra\u00edbles y lixiviables que potencialmente pueden migrar al contenido dependen obviamente de las materias primas y los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n implicados en el dise\u00f1o de cada recipiente, y pueden ser compuestos org\u00e1nicas o inorg\u00e1nicas.<\/p>\n<p>La diversidad de extra\u00edbles y lixiviables que se pueden investigar requiere el uso de varios equipos anal\u00edticos para realizar los distintos an\u00e1lisis pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p>Las directivas existentes para determinar los extra\u00edbles y lixiviables son espec\u00edficas del sector de actividad de cada fabricante, pero incluyen la directiva ICH Q3D, la USP 233 (Pharmacopoeia US n\u00ba 233: Elemental Impurities \u2013 Procedures) y el BPOG (BioPhorum Operations Group).<\/p>\n<p>USP 233 y ICH Q3D son directivas para el an\u00e1lisis de impurezas elementales en productos farmac\u00e9uticos.<\/p>\n<p>USP 233 describe procedimientos anal\u00edticos espec\u00edficos y cuantitativos para cada impureza elemental (inorg\u00e1nica) en productos e ingredientes farmac\u00e9uticos. El cap\u00edtulo de la USP recomienda el uso de t\u00e9cnicas instrumentales como la espectroscopia de emisi\u00f3n \u00f3ptica con plasma acoplado inductivamente (ICP-OES) o la espectrometr\u00eda de masas ICP (ICP-MS). La USP tambi\u00e9n recomienda el uso de recipientes cerrados para la digesti\u00f3n de muestras s\u00f3lidas, a fin de garantizar la recuperaci\u00f3n cuantitativa de todos los analitos regulados, incluidos elementos vol\u00e1tiles como el mercurio.  <\/p>\n<p>ICH Q3D establece la metodolog\u00eda para la evaluaci\u00f3n de las impurezas elementales en los productos farmac\u00e9uticos, incluidos los medicamentos de uso humano. En concreto, ICH Q3D recomienda una evaluaci\u00f3n del riesgo asociado a la presencia de impurezas elementales en los productos sanitarios. Esto puede hacerse mediante un cribado cualitativo o cuantitativo.  <\/p>\n<p>BPOG es un conjunto de buenas pr\u00e1cticas para la producci\u00f3n de medicamentos biofarmac\u00e9uticos. Fue elaborada por Biophorum Operations Group (BPOG), una organizaci\u00f3n internacional de expertos de la industria biofarmac\u00e9utica. Las directivas BPOG ofrecen recomendaciones para la fabricaci\u00f3n de productos biofarmac\u00e9uticos, incluidos los anticuerpos monoclonales, las vacunas y las terapias g\u00e9nicas.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efe2df3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"efe2df3\"
