qu\u00e9 realizar mediciones de la calidad del aire interior?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-496a3409 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"496a3409\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La calidad del aire interior (CAI) es un problema importante para la salud y el bienestar de las personas que pasan mucho tiempo en entornos cerrados, como edificios p\u00fablicos, escuelas, transportes, etc. La CAI puede verse afectada por las emisiones exteriores, pero tambi\u00e9n por las actividades humanas, los materiales de construcci\u00f3n, el mobiliario, los productos decorativos, etc. En Francia, el control de la calidad del aire en determinados edificios es un requisito reglamentario desde la ley n\u00ba 2010-788 de 12 de julio de 2010.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3079e8f5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3079e8f5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 explotador del establecimiento e incluye :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>una evaluaci\u00f3n anual de los sistemas de ventilaci\u00f3n de los edificios;<\/li>\n<li>Autodiagn\u00f3stico de la CAI (al menos cada 4 a\u00f1os);<\/li>\n<li>una campa\u00f1a para medir contaminantes regulados como el formaldeh\u00eddo, el benceno, el di\u00f3xido de carbono<sub>(CO2)<\/sub> y, en algunos casos, el tetracloroetileno (o percloroetileno);<\/li>\n<li>Elaborar un plan de acci\u00f3n para mejorar la CAI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El actual sistema de vigilancia reglamentaria fue revisado por el 4\u00ba Plan Nacional de Salud Ambiental (2021-2025) \u00abUn medio ambiente, una salud\u00bb y entr\u00f3 en vigor el<sup>1<\/sup> de enero de 2023. Prev\u00e9, en particular: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>una medici\u00f3n de la concentraci\u00f3n de di\u00f3xido de carbono como parte de la evaluaci\u00f3n anual de los sistemas de ventilaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>etapas clave de la vida del edificio que pueden influir en la calidad del aire interior;<\/li>\n<li>un umbral para activar las campa\u00f1as de medici\u00f3n de contaminantes y los plazos para llevarlas a cabo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hay varias fuentes de compuestos org\u00e1nicos vol\u00e1tiles (COV) en el aire interior. Los COV son compuestos org\u00e1nicos que pueden encontrarse f\u00e1cilmente en forma gaseosa en la atm\u00f3sfera terrestre. Constituyen una familia muy amplia de compuestos y tienen la particularidad de tener un punto de ebullici\u00f3n muy bajo, lo que les confiere la capacidad de propagarse m\u00e1s o menos lejos de su lugar de emisi\u00f3n, provocando impactos directos e indirectos sobre los animales y la naturaleza.  <\/p>\n<p>Los COV pueden ser de origen antropog\u00e9nico (de refinado, evaporaci\u00f3n de disolventes org\u00e1nicos, inquemados, etc.) o de origen bi\u00f3tico. Los COV pueden definirse seg\u00fan su uso: disolvente, desengrasante, disolvente, conservante, agente de limpieza, etc. <\/p>\n<p>Las fuentes de COV en el aire interior pueden ser las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Productos de mantenimiento y limpieza: determinados productos dom\u00e9sticos, como detergentes, productos de limpieza y ambientadores.<\/li>\n<li>Materiales de construcci\u00f3n y acabado: ciertos materiales como pinturas, barnices, pegamentos y alfombras.<\/li>\n<li>Muebles y objetos: ciertos art\u00edculos como colchones, cojines y juguetes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es importante se\u00f1alar que cada una de estas fuentes emite muy pocos COV, pero su acumulaci\u00f3n puede crear un problema en cuanto a la concentraci\u00f3n global final (COV totales o TCOV) en el aire interior.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72edaaf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"72edaaf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div sensibles<\/li><li>Certificaciones de edificios HQE, BREEAM, INTAIRIEUR, WELL,
