What certifications and accreditations does TERA Environnement hold?

TERA Environnement’s two laboratories in Crolles (no. 1-5598) and Fuveau (no. 1-5599) are COFRAC Testing accredited to NF EN ISO/IEC 17025. The full scopes of accreditation are available on the official COFRAC website. The laboratory has also been MASE certified since 2022, demonstrating its commitment to safety management during on-site work. TERA Environnement is referenced by ASML for AMC measurements in the environment surrounding lithography equipment and is the only laboratory in Europe to have the skills and know-how required by ASML.
