Can TERA Environnement monitor the efficiency of cleanroom molecular filters?

Yes. TERA Environnement monitors the service life of molecular filters used in cleanrooms to remove acids, bases and VOCs. A piece of filter is extracted with deionized water for acids and bases, which are analyzed by ion chromatography, or with CS2 for VOCs, which are analyzed by GC MS. This makes it possible to measure filter saturation regularly and plan replacement before performance deteriorates.
