Ambient particle level monitoring – TELT construction sites
Ginger Burgeap TERA Environnement are working together on a project to assess dust levels in the vicinity of the TELT (Tunnel Euralpin Lyon Turin) construction site.
Real-time monitoring of PM was introduced in September 2023 and will be in place for 4 years. This monitoring may be repeated once for 4 years.
Deployment of 15 NEMO QAE PM stations to measurePM 2.5 PM 10 for 4 years.
The French Labor Code sets an occupational exposure limit for mixtures of silica dust and other dusts (Articles R.4412-154 and R.4412-155), and the Order of October 26, 2020 classifies respirable crystalline silica dust as carcinogenic.
Our Fuveau laboratory has been measuring respirable dust and analyzing crystalline silica on PVC and foam filters for over a year.
In April 2024, TERA Environnement extended its accreditations to include inhalable dust on foam.
COFRAC-accredited measurements in workplace air :
Inhalable and respirable dust on foam
Respirable dust on 37 mm PVC filter
Crystalline silica on foam and 37 mm PVC filter
Tridymite, Cristobalite and Quartz on foam Tridymite, Cristobalite and Quartz on 37mm PVC filter
We also offer cyclone rental for filter sampling at a flow rate of 4.2 L/min.
XRD analysis of crystalline silica on polyurethane foam :
TERA Environnement expands its range of accredited parameters in April 2024.
New COFRAC accreditations in Indoor Air and Workplace Air:
INDOOR AIR: Analysis of Benzene (CAS: 71-43-2), Toluene (CAS: 108-88-3) and Naphthalene (CAS: 91-20-3) by ATD GCMS on a GAS thermodesorption tube.
This complements the analyses of total VOCs (sum of VOCs eluting between C6-C16 with toluene reference) already offered under COFRAC accreditation on GAS thermodesorption tubes.
WORKPLACE AIR: Measurement of inhalable dust on foam
This complements the respirable dust analyses on foam already offered under COFRAC accreditation.
