Which establishments are subject to mandatory IAQ monitoring?

Since the revised scheme introduced under the 4th French National Health and Environment Plan (PNSE 4, 2021-2025) came into force on 1 January 2023, public-access establishments (ERP) such as schools, nurseries and childcare facilities have been covered by these requirements.
